Wagamama practice kaizen to perfectionKaizen is the practice of continuous improvement, to which Wagamama has excelled in with their new Omakase chef’s selection menu. We were thrilled to be invited to the Herefordshire restaurant’s mouth watering selection showcase evening  to taste the new dishes.

With belly’s grumbling and eager, we had the beef hirata steamed bun, a fluffy Asian bun served with Japanese mayonnaise and coriander (veg option available). The bun was pleasantly soft and squidgy and not too filling, allowing plenty of room the main course and the mayonnaise and red onion left you wanting more. We also had the classic prawn gyoza, five tasty fried dumplings filled with goodness and accompanied with a dipping sauce for even more flavour. With a lovely outer crunch, they did not last very long on the plate! Continue reading
